在連勝文槍擊案中擔任醫療小組召集人的台大醫院前外科部教授、兼整形外科主任湯月碧，被檢調查出涉嫌收受賄絡，護航特定廠商採購案，還開立假發票向青杏、惟生基金會詐取醫療器材補助費，被新北地檢署依收賄、詐欺等罪起訴，2業者則被緩起訴。
湯月碧因幫連勝文遭槍擊的顏面整形，傷勢康復後完全看不出疤痕，因此被譽為「上帝之手」。但新北地檢署調查發現，湯月碧於2010年幫台大醫院辦理「整形外科統合式微型骨鑽鋸組」、「微創水刀清創儀」、「多功能血管雷射」3採購案時，涉嫌袒護郭姓、賴姓代理商，讓對方以共620萬元得標，湯則收受對方59萬1千餘元。
湯月碧為抵扣所得稅，還分別以自己與丈夫名義，捐了120萬、153萬元給青杏及惟生基金會，事後卻向郭、賴要求開立假發票，拿去跟青杏及惟生基金會申請購買醫療設備補助款，詐得35萬3千餘元。
新北地檢署14日依貪汙、洩漏秘密、詐欺、商業會計法等罪起訴湯月碧，而郭姓、賴姓代理商則因認罪，貪汙部分被檢方依證人保護法建請免刑，違反商業會計法部分獲緩起訴。
雙胞胎女團BY2近年屢屢被傳整型整很大，前陣子妹妹Yumi更被說是撞臉潘迎紫。Yumi最近則透露，那陣子的言論讓她感到非常受傷，但幸虧有姊姊扶持，要不然面對言論這把利劍，她可能會生病。

近日BY2在簽唱會上再度被問到「進廠維修」一事。兩人再度否認外，妹妹Yumi透露，每次看到這類攻擊言論都讓她很受傷，因而選擇不再看這類的留言。她也回應上次撞臉潘迎紫一說，表示看到的當下真的「很傻眼」，連帶情緒變得低落，認為潘迎紫如果知道也會很傷心。但好在她有姊姊扶持，要不然可能會生病。她也呼籲網友，應該多散發正能量，而不是挑一個人的缺點。
